Thank you! This one was also done with the computer. It's Sammy as the "clown queen." I tried to make it clown-ish as possible. Though I should of worked on the clothes. No color, the verson with color was, like 20 MG. Those things on her sleeves are butterflies, like the one in her hair.
omg! your art is great. i wish i could draw like that on the comp.

Seeing Melody makes me think about her scenes in Book 3.
I really like your drawing.

Melody again. She’s wearing a dress with flowers on the sleeves. The sleeves are supposed to be a transparent martial so the lighter flowers are on the other side of the sleeve. I basically just used two pencils, an eraser, and a piece of paper.

This is basically that picture. It's just hard to see the dress. Wow, my handwriting has gotten bad.

Hunh... The Melody picture came out quite bad though, or least I think so. The hair looks all weird, I shoulda made it a super dark gray instead of black. It looked waayyyy better before I started adding the black and gray to the hair, when it was just the lineart. I think I also messed the face...and the shading and body a little. I must admit I do like the shirt.

I've been working on anatomy just a wee little bit. I need to get better at doing hands! I just bought a book on how to do realistic people. (Woo! a total of four how to draw books!) It amazes me how simple it was to draw a picture the way the book shows you. I seriously think, "Is it alright for it to this simple?" I’ve gotten much better (if it’s possible) at drawing since last week. Hopefully the next picture I post up will show my improvement, but I probably won’t finish it until the beginning of summer break. (two more weeks… only two more weeks…)

I really enjoyed this one. The depth you've created with the shadows
on the white fabric are fantastic! You're really getting the hang of
making things 3 dimensional!

Melody~
She wasn't really in book two was she?... I fail at black hair. If you do it wrong, it looks like a blob. I also fail at writing on the computer. Oh wellz.

If Melody can make music with arms and legs, than shouldn't she able to sing? If she can't sing than she's making those sounds with mouth like how she did them in the contest to be King/ Queen.

One day I'm draw Melody in a nice frilly dress and flowers...one day...one day...

I've seen many great pictures done by Photoshop (7) but, also with Corel painter, the money! Corel painter looks really cool too, but my birthday already has past... The one I've been using would be only $50. Ahhhh...I'll most likely will get that one because it's cheaper.

That is AMAZING!! You are so talented! :!:

There is a program called Corell Painter that is good. Also, Photoshop has a great painting program in it. I know professional artists that paint with Photoshop only. There is also a fun program that makes paint look dimensional, but I can't remember the name....

Danny and Sammy. Just simple linework. Some how Sammy got into the picture. :? They're just enjoying a nice chat during breakfast. Maybe Sammy's glad that her toast isn't burnt. Hmmmm....Sammy doesn't look same in my other picture..... Oh well and er, sorry for asking this but, what’s a flying count? I wasn't sure how the draw it so I left it blank. 2 out of 3 pictures is done. Also does anyone know of any good paint programs? The one I’m using is just a trail and I would like to try different ones before buying one.

This time it's Jack and he just read the book Bunnicula. A very simple picture.
