I'm glad you were able to listen to them! I'm still working on listening to CD6. I had to stop for laundry, lunch and to concentrate on replies! Right now Erec is in Pluto's dungeon. Won't say more in case of spoilers for new fans!

I'm listening to the excerpts right now, and they're awesome!

Artery,
I'm sorry they are not on iTunes. I'm glad you recommended them.
It's never good to be too greedy and it's a great idea not to ask for them right now. Kaza really does have amazing fans! Knowing you as well as I can from your posts on erecrex.com I'm sure you spend your money very wisely. I can't see you asking for too much and I had forgotten about those programs you'd asked your parents for. I know you are trying to raise money for that school, so I'm sure you don't have any spare money!

Listen to the excerpts on http://www.simonandschuster.com if you get a chance.

:-)

Thanks DragonPurr. They're not on iTunes, but I sent in a request. I've been asking my parents for a lot lately, so I'm going to wait a while before I ask them if I can get the audiobooks.

I'm sorry to hear that they weren't expensive when compared to a lot of series! They'd make great gifts...
My husband paid $29.69 members price at Barnes and Noble. If you are not a member the online price is $31.99 each. They offer free shipping.

http://www.borders.com sells them at the list price of $39.99 w/free shipping on orders over $25.00.

http://www.booksamillion.com sells them for $29.32 online or at the club price of $26.38. Free shipping on orders over $25.

http://www.amazon.com $26.39 with free shipping on orders over $25.00. I see they have them on Kindle as well.

http://www.simonandschuster.com shows them available in e-book format. They show Adobe and Palm as choices... I am not at all familiar with e-books, so I have not clue other than to assume you read them on your screen. They have a link where you can hear an excerpt from the book, but my computer won't let me access them. I'm having trouble viewing the countdown timers, etc. I can view those on my husband's computer, but not mine... I'm guessing it's my McAfee....

I don't know if they'll be available on iTunes....Kaza probably knows!

BTW - I am on CD 6 of 8 Book 1. :-) My husband has been chuckling from time to time as he listens from his library. :-)

My paperback and CD Dragon's Eye and The Monsters of Otherness arrived at 11:54 p.m. on Friday! I'm on CD two of book one and I love it. I was so, so, so wrong with the way I pronounced some of the places and names in my head!!!!
Simon Jones rocks as a reader!
Kaza's books are more alive than ever. It's like discovering them all over again! I love it! If I had not had so many obligations Friday afternoon, night and this morning I would be finished listening to Book 1. I am just about to start up the laundry, pull out some weavings to grade and slip CD 2 into the player!!!!!!!!!

I'm with you on that!!! I am trying not to think about it! The days will go by so much slower if I think about how close the release date is! I'll be sitting at the end of my driveway waiting for the postman to drive to the end of the Court!!!!!!!

Kaza,
I'm sure you'll sound fabulous! I'll never forget the day they taped our Demonstration Speeches in my College Speech class. I have not watched my copy in years... The voice was fine, but seeing myself move was way too funny! I never would have guessed I moved my hands, etc. the way I do. It was a hoot to watch. My own voice never seems to sound the way I think it sounds when it gets recorded. I think I will record myself reading part of one of my favorite books for fun, lol.
